Tonight we have a couple of very special tracks from Dialect, a South Shields-based group bringing us hiphop and rap in a geordie accent. Tune in and take a listen - this homegrown stuff beats the american imports any day.

Also featuring tonight are some raw new demo tracks from Newcastle's own Trev Gibb. Trev's been experimenting with something different, and the result is a fresh and lively new sound.

Announcing ... the one and only Patrick Snape, of Bonehouse fame, will be playing down the quayside in Newcastle Upon Tyne at Offshore this coming Tuesday, 31st Jan, at 8.30pm! If you're a regular listener to glycon.co.uk, you'll be familiar with Pat's acoustic work, such as Someone Stole the Sky, Slippy, the Dracula Tango, and many more.
